Clean Products
We are bombarded everyday with toxins, heavy metals, endocrine disruptors, etc. in what we eat, drink, breath, touch, and especially what we put on our skin. Rowe Casa is a company founded on the principles of providing clean products. I use these products and love them.
One product that I use that helps to detox the liver is a castor oil wrap. You rub castor oil on the stomach area and over the liver, then put the wrap on. You can also pour it on the wrap and then put on the wrap. If you have never done this, you want to start slow by just using the castor oil first without putting on the wrap. Once you have done this without any detox symptoms, you can try using the wrap for 30 minutes to an hour. Continue to work up to leaving it on longer and longer until you can leave it on for several hours. I do mine a little different than what she does in the video below. Either way will be beneficial. Test is out and see what works for you.
