About Me
I have always had a heart for helping people feel better. I just didn’t know how to do that. Through my own health journey, I have discovered and learned how to eat, exercise, sleep, cook, shop, etc. better. I have spent endless hours listening to experts, doctors, functional doctors, naturopaths, hormone specialists and food scientists to learn how to help myself. I have found not just one thing but many things to be very helpful and have me feeling better than I have felt in 30 years. So, this led me to the idea of passing along all the things that I have learned to others. With that being said, I am not a doctor or have any medical training. I am not telling you to do any of the things that I will share on this website. You are ultimately the person who makes that decision and not everyone is the same. Things that worked for me may not work for you and that is ok. It is ultimately about making adjustments, being flexible and not being too hard on yourself. Just making small changes a little bit at a time will add up to big changes in your health. Be patient. Continuing to make healthy decisions for yourself each day will pay off no matter what. You are worth making your health a priority. I am simply sharing the things that have worked for me to see improvement in my health over the years. You are fearfully and wonderfully made by God. I pray that one or more of these changes in your life will help you to see success on your health journey.
